Quality Disclaimer & Return Policy
All items on listed on our website are provided by well-known, reputable manufacturers, and we strive to provide the best quality products at all times.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase after a 3 day period, beginning with the receipt of the item(s), please e-mail or call our customer service department to arrange for a return authorization. There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returned items. We are unable to reimburse for shipping and handling charges on returned items.
If your item is received damaged, please contact UPS at 800-742-5877 (or www.ups.com) within 3 days so that a claim can be filed with the carrier.
No warranty or guarantee of suitability for a particular use is made or implied. Request for a return authorization is required within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise, and no returns will be accepted if the product has been used and is not in "as new" condition, in original packaging. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of request for return authorization.

 Buyer assumes all shipping costs. Shipment within the U.S. by UPS ground, insured. Shipping and handling charges quoted on the Shopping Cart are for the U.S. only. We do not ship internationally. Please let us know by e-mail if you wish expedited (more expensive) delivery.
